DSP Looking for Wilmington Shoplifter
Delaware State Police need your help to ID a shoplifting suspect.
Police say the suspect went into the Kohls store on Rocky Run Parkway in Wilmington around 6:30 Tuesday night and removed several pieces of clothing from a display; he then concealed the merchandise under his own clothing and left the store in a dark colored small SUV.
