Gov. Jack Markell to Celebrate World AIDS Day
Governor Jack Markell will today join Wilmington Mayor James Baker, DPH Director Dr. Karyl Rattay and representatives from the Delaware HIV Consortium to celebrate World AIDS Day.
Gov. Markell will promote free HIV testing.
World AIDS Day is held each December 1 as an opportunity to unite in the fight against HIV, show support for people with living HIV and to commemorate people who have died.
