Delaware will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Clean Indoor Air Act next Tuesday.
Representative John Carney will join Lieutenant Governor Matt Denn, legislators, representatives from the Department of Health and Social Services and the American Lung Association will be gathering at Frazier’s Restaurant on East Loockerman Street in downtown Dover to celebrate the law, which banned smoking in public places and indoor work places. Delaware was the second state to pass the law, after California.
The celebration will be held at 1:30.
