Two men have pleaded guilty in the District of Delaware to online child exploitation crimes in separate cases. A 43 year old Pottstown, Pennsylvania man, who is already a convicted sex offender, will face a mandatory sentence of 20 years to life in prison. Rupert contacted a federal agent posing as a 14 year old girl in a Yahoo chat room last December and as their chats became more graphic, he sent the girl sexually explicit pictures of himself and finally arranged to meet her at Bellevue State Park. He was arrested in January. 43 year old Abraham Sacharow of Baltimore also met an undercover agent posing as a 14 year old girl who he offered to teach her about sex. He sent her a video exposing himself and bought her a webcam for her to pick up at the Best Buy in the Concord Mall in Wilmington – he was arrested in January. Both men will be sentenced in April buy US District Judge Leonard Stark.
