Two men have been arrested for child pornography after separate investigations by the Attorney General’s Child Predator Task Force.
24-year-old Randy Newman of Frederica turned himself into State Police on Monday after the execution of a search warrant at his home on November 2. A search of the computers and digital devices seized from his home found pictures of a naked boy. Newman was charged with two counts of dealing child porn, and one count each of unlawful sexual contact and fourth-degree rape. He’s being held at the Vaughn Correctional Center on $23,000 bail.
Meanwhile, 49-year-old Michael McCoy of Dover was arrested on November 15. Several images of child porn were found on computers and digital devices seized from his home. He’s been charged with 25 counts of dealing in child porn, and is being held at Vaughn on $250,000 bail.
