Markell Nominates 3 for Judicial Vacancies
Governor Jack Markell has announced several nominations to fill judicial vacancies. He has nominated Judge Eric Davis in the Court of Common Please and Chief Deputy Attorney General Charles Butler to fill vacancies on the New Castle County Superior Court. Deputy Attorney General Paula Ryan, the Chief prosecutor in Sussex County has been nominated for a vacancy on the Sussex County Family Court. Ryan was the chief prosecutor for both the Earl Bradley and Derrick Powell trials.
