A 25 year old Harrington man has been arrested after a drug investigation.  Police went into a North Street home last Thursday and seized 54 bags of heroin, surveillance equipment, drug paraphernalia and cash.  Joseph Levan was spotted in his car and tried to drive off – ramming a K-9 unit head on and damaging Levan’s vehicle and the K-9 unit.  Levan was arrested and found with 130 baggies of Heroin and is charged with a variety of drug and weapons offenses.  He’s being held in default of $290,000 cash bond and an additional $50,000 cash bond from probation and parole.
