Middletown Man Charged with Drug & Weapons Offenses
State Police have arrested a Middletown man on drug charges. DNREC Enforcement Agents discovered marijuana being stored on property on North DuPont Highway while investigating an illegal hunting complaint. Police executed a search warrant at the home of 59 year old John Marshall and found 7 marijuana plants growing on the property and marijuana and firearms inside 2 barns and a mobile home. 22 pounds of marijuana and 11 weapons were seized. Marshall is charged with drug and weapons offenses and is free on $20,000 unsecured bond.
