Sen. Carper Encouraging Delawareans to Send Cards to American Troops for the Holiday’s
As the holiday season approaches, Delaware Senator Tom Carper is encouraging Delawareans to participate in the American Red Cross’ ‘Holiday Mail for Heroes’ program.
The program, which Sen. Carper participates in annually, sends letters of support and well-wishes to American service members stationed across the globe. The program seeks to bring a “touch of home” to U.S. troops this holiday season and gives Delawareans and all Americans a unique opportunity to thank our men and women in uniform.
