DSP Looking For 2 Men Who Robbed, Assaulted Man In New Castle
Delaware State Police are looking for the two men who robbed and assaulted a man late Friday night in New Castle.
Troopers say just before 11 o’clock, a man was walking along Lambson Lane after getting off a DART bus when he was approached by two men. They demanded money, and one of them showed a handgun. When the man didn’t immediately hand money over, one of the robbers knocked him to the ground. The robbers removed items from the man’s pockets before fleeing. The victim was slightly injured.
The suspects are described as black men, both around 5-foot-9 and weighing around 155 pounds. One of them was armed. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers or State Police Troop 2.
