Wilmington VA Medical Receives Honors
For the second year the Wilmington Veterans Affairs Medical Center receives honors. The Wilmington VA Medical Center has been named a top performer on key health care quality measures for 2011-2012. This is the second year in a row they have been honored by the Joint Commission – they’re just one of 19 VA medical facilities listed – and this year’s listing includes three new accountability measures.
