Houston Man Charged with Theft by Milford Police
A Houston man has been arrested by Milford Police on felony theft charges. Police say 48 year old Frederic Snowden was an employee of the Milford School District and during the renovation failed to return turn in money to the district that he obtained from numerous construct ion salvages of waste material. Snowden is free on $1000 unsecured bond.
