Elderly Frankford Woman Injured in Millville Crash Dies from Injuries
Delaware State Police are investigating an October 4 crash in Millville that claimed the life of an elderlyFrankford woman.
Police say the crash occurred just after 2 p.m. as 91-year-old George West was southbound on Route 17; police say West drifted off the road and hit a utility pole.
West and his 91-year-old wife, Esther, were taken to Beebe Hospital; Esther was later transferred to Christiana Hospital; she died this past Monday.
