Salisbury Man Gets 40 Yrs in Prison for Raping 12 YO Girl
35-year-old Wilner Moncher of Salisbury was sentenced to 40 years behind bars Tuesday for raping a 12-year-old girl.
Back in July, a jury convicted Moncher of 2nd degree rape, sexual abuse of a minor and one other charge against the victim.
When he’s released from prison, Moncher will be required to register as a tier III or high risk sex offender.
