Milton Police arrest woman wanted on outstanding warrants
Milton Police spotted 54 year old Rita Brisco walking across Union Street and a computer check showed she was wanted for a violation of probation and failure to pay. Police found Brisco sitting on a bench near the boat ramp and arrested her without incident. She’s being held at the SCCI in default of $5000 cash bond.

Narrative: Milton Police observed Brisco walking across Union St &
completed a wanted check via computer. Brisco was wanted on a capias from Sussex Court of Common Pleas for violation of probation & fail to pay.
Milton Police located Brisco sitting on a bench near the boat ramp & took her into custody without incident. Brisco was taken to CCP & committed to SCCI in default of $5,000.00 cash bond pending a later court date.
