Something needs to be done about drug and alcohol misuse in teenagers. It’s clearly not a good idea to add alcohol and drugs to the already voliatile mix of teenage hormones. Whilst Tony probably though he was having fun, he was risking his life and the lives of any unfortuante person in the area…. dog walkers etc. At 19 you are invincible right? Add alcohol to the mix and you are invincible and dangerous.
